Developer programme
AI coding course with a paid second year
Twenty-four months at our Palitana studio. Twelve months learning full stack development on live client briefs, then twelve months of paid internship at ₹6,000 a month. By month twenty-four the programme has cost you nothing.
Duration

A day in the studio
No theory. Only live projects.
There are no lecture-only modules and no exam papers. You sit with a senior developer, work on a real client brief, and get help the moment you are stuck. The work you ship is the assessment.

- Full time

- Palitana studio
That is a full-time commitment, not an evening course: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, for two years. Handholding is part of the deal. You are not left alone with a video playlist and a deadline.
The money
How a two-year programme ends up costing nothing
Most courses charge once and disappear. This one charges you for the year you learn, then pays you for the year you intern. The arithmetic is the whole offer, so here it is without decoration.
- Months 1 to 12
You pay ₹6,000 a month
Months one to twelve. Live client briefs, supervised builds and a monthly review. Twelve payments, ₹72,000 in total.
- Months 13 to 24
We pay you ₹6,000 a month
Months thirteen to twenty-four. A paid internship inside the studio. Twelve payments, ₹72,000 back.
- Month 24
Net cost is zero
₹72,000 in, ₹72,000 out. The fee is returned through the internship stipend, not as a refund, so it comes back month by month as you work.
The conditions, in plain words
- The stipend is paid for internship work. No work, no stipend.
- Each month closes with a review against that month's brief.
- The fee comes back through the internship stipend, not as a lump-sum refund.
- Leave early and you keep only the months you worked.
Curriculum
Eight tracks, one stack you will actually use
No module exists because it looks good on a syllabus. Every track maps to work this studio bills clients for, which is also the work you will be doing in year two. Search and marketing sit in here because a site nobody finds is an unfinished build.

Month by month
What the two years actually look like
A programme this long fails quietly if nobody says what happens when. Here is the shape of it, quarter by quarter.
Open the month-by-month breakdown
Months 1 to 4 — Live briefs from the first week
HTML, CSS and JavaScript, then React and Node, on real client briefs from day one. You write code every day and ship every week, with a senior developer sitting with you while you do it. No slide decks.
Months 5 to 8 — First shipped builds
Next.js and Astro applications with a real Postgres database, an authenticated API and a deployment pipeline. You break things, then you fix them, with someone beside you the whole way.
Months 9 to 12 — Portfolio, SEO and first client task
Three portfolio builds, technical SEO on each of them, then your own supervised client task. You learn to read a brief, estimate it and deliver it on a date that was promised to someone else.
Months 13 to 24 — Paid internship
You join the studio as an intern and work on live WebGrow24 projects under review. Every merge is read by a senior developer before it ships. The stipend is paid for the work you actually do.
Proof of work
You leave with four things you built
A portfolio is the only part of a course a hiring manager can check. These are the four builds every graduate finishes before month thirteen.
A marketing site that ranks
A Next.js build with metadata, schema, a sitemap and Core Web Vitals inside budget. The same work this studio sells to clients.
An authenticated app
Login, roles and a protected API on Node and Postgres. You write the auth flow, then review it against the OWASP basics.
An AI-assisted feature
A feature built with Cursor and Minimax where the model drafts and you review, test and debug what it produced.
A deployed product
Your own domain, SSL, a VPS and a pipeline that redeploys on push. Deployment is part of the build, not a separate lesson.
The same standard applies to client work. Seethe projects this studio has shippedand thecustom web app workyou would be joining.
The AI part
You learn to direct the tools, not compete with them
Every coding course now claims AI. The difference is what you are taught to do with it. Here the tools sit inside the workflow, and judgement is the skill being assessed.
Draft with Cursor
You learn to brief the editor, constrain it with context and read what it produced before you accept it.
Reason with Minimax
Long-context work: reading an unfamiliar codebase, planning a change, and checking the plan against the code.
Review like a senior
AI output is a draft from a fast junior. You learn what to reject, what to rewrite and what to keep.
Debug what it broke
The hard skill is diagnosis. You trace a failure through logs, a stack and a diff until you find the cause.
Fit
Who this works for, and who it does not
A two-year commitment is expensive to get wrong, for you and for us. Read both columns before you message us.
This is for you if
- You finished school, diploma or a degree and the jobs you want ask for experience you do not have.
- You have written some code and want to find out whether you can do it for a living.
- You can give the programme 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, for two years.
- You want a portfolio a hiring manager can open, not a certificate to hang on a wall.
This is not for you if
- You want a certificate in six weeks and no internship.
- You cannot commit to the second year, when the work becomes real and reviewed.
- You are looking for a guaranteed job offer at the end. We do not make that promise.
- You want to learn by watching videos rather than by shipping.
Entry requirement: 12th pass or equivalent. No prior coding experience required. You will need your own laptop and a working connection.
Fees
What you pay, and what comes back
One fee, paid monthly for twelve months. No admission charge, no exam fee, no separate charge for the second year. Paying the training year up front earns a discount; ask on WhatsApp for the current figure.
| Feature | Months 1 to 12 | Months 13 to 24 |
|---|---|---|
| What you do | Live client briefs, supervised | Paid internship under senior review |
| Money in | ₹6,000 a month from you | ₹6,000 a month to you |
| Across twelve months | ₹72,000 paid | ₹72,000 returned |

At the end
What month twenty-four looks like
No placement guarantee, and the starting figure is the market floor rather than a promise. Here is what you will be able to show and do, and what you will have earned back.
- months, start to finish
- 24
- shipped projects in your portfolio
- 4
- months of paid internship
- 12
- net cost at month 24
- 0
After month twenty-four
Junior developer roles begin at ₹15,000 a month
That is the market floor for the work this programme trains you for, and the range moves up with the portfolio you bring. It is not a promise from us: hiring decisions belong to employers, and the offer you get will depend on what you built during the internship.
What you can do
- Take a written brief and ship against a date
- Build and deploy a full stack application on your own
- Review code, including code a model wrote
- Work inside a team's Git and release process
What you have to show
- Four shipped projects with live URLs
- Twelve months of reviewed internship work
- A programme certificate from this studio
- A senior developer who has read your code for two years
