Yes. We are remote-first across India. You can work from home, a co-working space or our Bhavnagar office. We optimise for async, low-meeting culture and overlap on IST hours.
All open positions are full-time with benefits. Internships are 8 to 24 weeks. Project-based contract work is handled separately.
One 60-minute intro call, a paid short take-home or work-sample conversation, a technical/system-design conversation with two seniors, and a culture-and-values conversation with the founders. We aim to close in under two weeks.
No. We hire across India on Indian terms. We do not currently sponsor work visas or support international relocations.
