You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are outlined in individual project agreements. Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
WebGrow24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime for our hosting services, subject to the SLA terms of your chosen plan. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due. We will provide reasonable assistance with data migration where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
